Tips for Success

The 2-Minute Rule

Struggling to start? Make the habit so small it takes less than 2 minutes. Instead of "Run 5 miles," track "Put on running shoes." Once you start, the rest is easy.

Habit Stacking

Tie a new habit to an old one. "After I pour my morning coffee (current habit), I will write down 3 things I'm grateful for (new habit)."

Don't Break the Chain

Your only job is to not break the streak. If you miss a day, never miss two days in a row. Getting back on track is more important than being perfect.

Make it Visible

Keep your Excel file open or save a shortcut on your desktop. Visual cues are the most powerful triggers for building new routines.
